so i got the drop on this a little late considering the air max 90 infrareds drop this saturday, but here’s a little clip put onto me by my boy jay child.

“The Hoverboard is a project made by Nils guadagnin, a young french artist. It is a copy of the hoverboard from the movie Back to the Future II. Integrated into the board and the plinth is an electromagnetic system which levitates the board. A laser system stabilises the object in the air.”

this is certified DOPE. spotted over at Nah Right, here’s a nice little vid that focuses on the packaging (yes, the packaging) for freeway and jake one’s upcoming release, the stimulus package. the inspiration for this is great, with the cash money bills wrapped around the old wallet, the credit card inside that lets you download the instrumentals, and the slip-on clip that holds it all together. definitely a little something to encourage you to drop your money on this release. not to mention, it’s freeway and jake one! has this combo let us down yet? i think not.

rhymesayers got together with ego trip’s brent rollins to do up this little gem, so make sure to pick up your copy on february 16th.

for the record, i had a fun-ass time at the movies watching it, and if you can, definitely catch it in 3d. cliche story and characters? sure, but definitely eyegasm-inducing.
